Messy Church: March 17

Messy Church is our once a month interactive worship experience that always ends with free dinner.  This year Messy Church happens on the second Sunday of the month at 4:30 pm.  BECAUSE OF SPRING BREAK WE MEET ON THE THIRD SUNDAY OF MARCH!

Yellow Bag Sundays: March

Each month on the first Sunday you’re encouraged to take home a re-usable yellow grocery bag,

on the first Sunday you’re encouraged to take home a re-usable yellow grocery bag, put some non-perishable items in it, and bring it back the next week, or soon thereafter.  In March we’re collecting hygiene items for the International Rescue Committee (IRC).  The IRC resettles refugees in the Wichita community.  They requested the following items in full-sized packages:

  • Toilet Paper
  • ShampooBar soap
  • Deodorant
  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Sanitary Pads
  • Shaving Cream
  • Razors (disposable)Baby shampoo/baby wash

Q Line!

The Wichita Q line now has a stop at Grace on Fridays and Saturdays. The Q line is a free service of Wichita transit. The Q line runs on Douglas Ave from Seneca to Edgemoor on Fridays from 5 pm – 1 am and Saturdays from 10 am – 1 am. Feel free to park at Grace and catch the Q.
