It’s time to bake and deliver cookies to our community. This is the fifth year for our cookie initiative, and we’re excited to again offer a blessing to those who work in our city.  In early February a bulletin board goes up by the coffee bar. You sign up to bake two dozen cookies, or you sign up for a location to deliver them.  Locations include places like: fire stations, public library, the hospital ER, and more.

Each month Grace distributes bus tickets to people in our community.  This happens on the 15^th of the month, or if the 15^th is a weekend we meet the Friday before. Volunteers and those receiving tickets begin to gather around 6:30 am in the Grace Alcove. Guests are greeted with smiles, coffee, water, and a place to sit. Tickets are distributed at 7:50 am.

We invite all guests to a brief worship service with communion in the Great Room at 7:35 ...

Each month on the first Sunday you’re encouraged to take home a re-usable yellow grocery bag, put some non-perishable items in it, and bring it back the next week, or soon thereafter.  In February our donations go to the Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church food pantry.  Consider bringing cereal or canned vegetables.

All women, including youth, are invited to join our Women’s Chorus on Sunday, January 28, for the 11 am service.  Rehearsals are in the Sanctuary:

• Wednesday, January 17, 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, January 21, 10:00 a.m.
• Wednesday, January 24, 7:00 p.m.
